Gilded Goat
This family-owned brewery and taproom keeps its menu fresh with rotating seasonals alongside familiar favorites. This autumn, try the Cran Barbarian, a sour brewed with cranberry and rhubarb, or the Peach Nokhu, an IPA infused with fresh peach. Visit their Old Town Taproom & Biergarten or Midtown Brewery & Taproom— the taplist will differ depending on location.

New Belgium Brewing Company
What began as a Belgian-inspired dream after a bike trip abroad is now one of the country’s most iconic breweries. Known for Fat Tire Classic Ale and the Voodoo Ranger IPA series, New Belgium’s flagship Fort Collins location is a destination in itself, complete with food trucks and frequent events like Tour de Fat. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a seasonal release (Atomic Pumpkin anyone?) with friends.

Hello Brew Co
Housed in a charming 1904 bungalow, Hello Brew Co feels like a home away from home. Since opening in 2020, they’ve been serving Czech-Style Lagers, Hazy IPAs, and a variety of experimental beers. As part of a recent collaboration with New Belgium, Hello Brew introduced Block Party, a crispy tart ale brewed with yuzu and red dragonfruit. It is available on draft or in a four-pack to go!

Odell Brewing Co
A Fort Collins staple, Odell offers gorgeous mountain views, a welcoming patio, and daily food trucks. Their taproom serves seasonal favorites in the cooler months, such as Oktoberfest Märzen and Isolation Ale, perfect for the crisp mountain weather.

Horse & Dragon
This community-oriented tasting room is the perfect place to catch a soccer game while sampling from their selection of 12 to 14 beers. If you’re not in the mood for beer, try their non-alcoholic golden root beer or a rotating flavor of sparkling water.

Locust Cider
Right in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, Locust Cider offers craft beer and a bold lineup of ciders like vanilla bean, strawberry mojito, and chai. Their menu is 100% gluten free and celiac safe, serving everything from fried pickles to homestyle chicken sandwiches.
