We understand the growing concerns travelers have due to the rapidly changing information on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events. We are continuing to diligently monitor the everchanging situation through federal, state and local authorities. And as always, the safety of our guests and employees is our #1 priority. In response to changing marketplace conditions, we are committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.
A one night deposit will be charged 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations confirmed during special events, such as CSU Graduation Weekend, or under our Advance Purchase offer require full prepayment at the time of booking.
For guests with reservations arriving between May 1 through May 31, 2020: If you cancel your reservation outside of 24 hours prior to your arrival date, we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of one night of your stay.
For guests with reservations arriving after May 31, 2020: If you cancel your reservation outside of 48 hours prior to your arrival date, we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of one night of your stay. If you have booked an Advance Purchase Rate, it is non-changeable and non-refundable at the time of purchase. Cancellation policy fluctuates for special events such as CSU Graduations Weekend and home football games.
Please note that we have restructured our reservations department to comply with CDC recommendations of social distancing to ensure the health and wellness of our employees. Due to these recommendations, please allow 72 hours for your refund to be processed via credit card and 10 business via checks by mail. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We understand that your plans can change. If you need to shorten the length of your stay at the hotel outside of 24 hours prior to arrival no fee will be due. If you shorten the length of your stay within 24 hours prior to arrival, an early departure fee equal to one night room rate will be charged.
Traveling with your furry friend? At the Armstrong Hotel we are pleased to welcome your pack to the hotel with a limited number of dog friendly rooms. They will be pampered with a Pendleton dog bed and New Belgium Brewery dog bowl to use during their visit, along with some local treats to snack on. We allow for up to two dogs per bedroom, no larger than 100 pounds. There will be an additional charge of $35.00 per night that will be added to your room.
We all know that your dog is an angel. And that they do not make any trouble when left alone at home. However, new places and unfamiliar sounds and smells can be unnerving for your travel companion. We do not allow dogs to be left in our rooms unattended. Please bring them along on your FoCo adventures or plan on utilizing one of the many doggy daycare services in our area. Our front desk team would be happy to assist with any recommendations.
Wondering where to park during your visit? There are a few options available, all within a few blocks of the hotel.
There is a loading/unloading zone directly in front of the entrance to the hotel off of College Ave. You can drop off your bags, register your vehicle with the front desk and park in our parking lot at a cost of $20.00 per night that will be billed to your room. You will have unlimited in-and-out privileges in this lot.
City run parking structures and fee-free street parking are available. As costs for parking structures and approved overnight parking zones vary seasonally in downtown Fort Collins, please talk with our front desk for details regarding the best location for parking.
