We are immensely proud to be home to some of Fort Collins’ favorite neighborhood haunts. Mugs Coffee Lounge is a locally owned, family-operated coffee shop (popular with the college crowd). Choice City Butcher & Deli is also a go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner and beer. Check out Ace Gillett’s in the evening for craft cocktails and live music. Want something a bit different? For a create-your-own stir fry, try HuHot Mongolian Grill.
Fort Collins’ beloved underground cocktail and music lounge, will close on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020 to begin a comprehensive renovation, as well as a refresh to its culinary, beverage and musical programming. Reopening in mid-February, Ace Gillett’s will continue to provide the community with an upscale, yet welcoming and comfortable experience, but with a sophisticated new design, and an atmosphere that evokes elements of a classic supper club.
We love having an on-site coffee lounge that’s not only family-owned and operated, but committed to community and sustainable practices. The perfect place for your morning joe, they’re renowned for their breakfast burrito (but Aaron, our GM, is partial to their lox, bagel and cream cheese combo). This spot is a great introduction to our welcoming community.Visit Mugs Coffee Lounge Opens link in new window
Closed for renovations on January 1st, but when we re-open our doors in February, new music programming, a renovated interior and reimagined small plates and beverage menus will be waiting for you!Visit Ace Gillett's Lounge Opens link in new window
Choice City has it all, from traditional breakfasts, to classic sandwiches, to small and large plates for dinner. As their name suggests, you can even pick a cut of meat from the butcher case and the chef will prepare it just the way you like it. Their draft beer selection has won multiple awards and is globally recognized.Visit Choice City Butcher & Deli Opens link in new window
