Best New Restaurants in Fort Collins

Fort Collins has always been the best place to be a food connoisseur because there’s so much variety. Some of the best chefs in the industry call Fort Collins their home. Here are just a few of the newest (and most delicious!) restaurants for you to try.

Pinocchio’s Incredible Italian

Are you ready for some “real Italian” cuisine? Pinocchio’s opened recently at 4306 S College Avenue. The menu looks amazing with Calzones, Chicken Tiamo, Spumoni, and Italian Lemon Cake. The grand opening will be on Valentine’s Day.

Plant to the Plate

This restaurant brings the flavor of southern cooking to Fort Collins. Try Southern Style BBQ Meatloaf, Fried Catfish Fillet or Fried Green Tomatoes and finish it with homemade cookies, cakes or pies. Located at 822 S College, where there’s parking in the back off of Remington. 

Wingstop

The newest restaurant to open in The Exchange on the north end of downtown is Wingstop. Pair their delicious wings with Louisiana VooDoo Fries or Cajun Fried Corn. Want to watch the game at home? Pick up their Crew Pack (30pc), Group Pack (40pc) or Party Pack (50pc) and enjoy with your friends!

Alimentary

This restaurant provides “nourishing fast food” with its great variety of specialty bowls or build your own. Located at 2601 S Lemay in the Sprouts shopping area, it’s easy to find and centrally located. Healthy eating has never been so delicious!

Sherpa Grill 2

This restaurant brings the Indian and Nepali fine cuisine to Fort Collins at 1501 W Elizabeth. Traditional entrees such as Pakora, Sherpa Stew, Tandoori, and Naan in a variety of flavors. They’re very knowledgeable and if you’ve never tried Indian food, they are happy to help you choose a flavor that fits your tastes.
