Cocktails For A Cause @ Ace Gillett's

We are honored to be a part of the vibrant Fort Collins community, including the wonderful charitable and grassroots organizations that call FoCo home. To show our appreciation and support, Ace Gillett’s has announced “Cocktails For A Cause” – a monthly program which highlights a selected local organization by donating a portion of profits, creating a signature cocktail and more.

Every month Ace Gillett’s will feature a local non-profit. On the first Thursday of each month, we will kick-off the cause of the month by donating 10% of our profits directly to the featured non-profit. Ace Gillett’s will also have a signature cocktail of the month curated by our bartenders in partnership with the non-profit. For every signature cocktail purchased throughout the month, Ace Gillett’s will donate $2.00 to the featured non-profit.

June 2024: IMPACT Dance Company

IMPACT is a contemporary dance company whose mission is to bring artists, audiences and communities closer together through the experience of dance/theater. Founded by Judy Bejarano in 1995, IMPACT is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that utilizes movement, voice and projection to create immersive dance/theatre performances and hand-crafted workshops using the arts as a meaningful bridge between societal & personal challenges.

IMPACT is further committed, through its engagement and educational activities, to support and nurture the well-being and self-image of all individuals, particularly women and youth, and to celebrate the artistic and cultural diversity of our community. Bejarano’s choreography has been commissioned and performed throughout the region and has been described as “..existing in the poignant space where comedy and tragedy intersect.” IMPACT is so excited to be celebrating their 30th season!

June Signature Cocktail: “Humanesque”

– Gin, Elderflower, Lemon, Simple Syrup, Prosecco, Soda Water

This is a title from one of our evening length shows that we did a few years ago that is near and dear to our hearts. It was about living through the Covid pandemic and how we often felt ‘Humanesque’. This drink will be served in a flute glass.

The Fort Follies are a grassroots, Fort Collins based non-profit women’s cycling team. They work to empower all women in northern Colorado to be active and impactful members of the cycling community. They do this through riding, racing, and community involvement.
