The Armstrong Burger Featured In "The Ultimate Northern Colorado Food Bucket List"

We are honored that our very own Armstrong Burger at Ace Gillett’s was featured in “The Ultimate Northern Colorado Food Bucket List” courtesy our friends over at The Group Inc! Alongside several other amazing FoCo eateries, Ace Gillett’s was featured for the signature Armstrong Burger.

“Ace Gillett’s is a sleek and sophisticated underground bar at The Armstrong Hotel in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. It gets a lot of attention for its drinks, but Ace Gillett’s serves a mean food menu as well. Keep it simple with the Armstrong Burger, a tried-and-true burger made with Sunrise Ranch beef and ground bacon, garlic aioli, tomato jam, local cheddar, lettuce, tomato and onion, all on a toasted brioche bun.”

Check out Ace’s menu then come in and order yourself one – along with an ice cold craft beer, handcrafted cocktail or glass of wine to wash it down. Prefer plant-based? They offer Beyond meat as well.
