Many of our guests are partial to trekking around Old Town…and for good reason! Old Town Square itself houses several of our favorite restaurants as well as shopping, souvenirs and many other local businesses we love. The splash pad in the center of Old Town Square is also a great spot for the kiddos to cool off, with jumping, splashing, colorful fountains running all summer.

One of the best ways to experience the outdoors in Fort Collins is to visit the Gardens on Spring Creek! This community botanic garden sits on 18 acres of land just south of Coloroado State University and provides our community with all things gardening. They also have a butterfly pavilion as well!

If you only have a few hours to meander through Old Town, why not visit the Fort Collins Museum of Art? This wonderful place is located just down the street from the hotel in the historic 1911 Post Office Building, and houses artworks from local artists and beyond!

View one of the best collections of textiles, dress, and interior furnishings in Colorado at the Avenir Museum of Design. It has grown quite large and has now become a big part of Fort Collins’ sightseeing attractions.
Learn More | Best time to visit: Currently the exhibit is closed for Spring 2021, but we’re hopeful it will reopen to the public by summer! For now, you can view the exhibit online.
